CLADE develops a series of initiatives in the realm of justiciability and liability of the right to education in unison with several networks, forums and organizations of national, regional and international level.

Justiciability opens the possibility of requiring the abiding or restitution of a right -in our case, the right to education-, through judicial measures. We can take action with the law when this is violated, through pressing charges or any other legal form of action. Exigibility is dependent on the existence of a legislation that enforces the fulfillment of the liabilities that derive from a right.
